Traductions littéraires intra-belges depuis 1970

Objectif du projet

Le projet Traductions littéraires intra-belges depuis 1970 (BELTRANS) a pour objet d’étudier l’histoire inédite des flux de traductions littéraires en Belgique entre le français et le néerlandais pour la période 1970-2020.

BELTRANS examine la relation entre les transferts culturels intra-belges et la connaissance et perception mutuelles de cultures respectives pendant une période de régionalisation accrue de l’état, qui a contribué à creuser la distance entre les communautés linguistiques et culturelles de Belgique.

Étapes du projet

  • Créer des FAIR data sur les auteurs belges contemporains et leurs ouvrages traduits en français ou en néerlandais, afin de préparer et d’établir le corpus
  • Recenser les flux de traductions littéraires et en faire une analyse quantitative
  • Analyser le rôle des acteurs, institutions et organisations impliquées
  • Étudier la réception des textes traduits
  • Contextualiser les transferts littéraires par la traduction eu égard aux évolutions culturelles et sociétales en Belgique
  • Élaborer des lignes directrices en vue de valoriser les auteurs belges et leurs œuvres, tant en Belgique qu’à l’étranger
  • Valoriser, disséminer et exploiter les résultats de recherche pour un public scientifique, professionnel et culturel
