The KBR museum will open on 8 September 2020, somewhat later than planned. The museum offers you the opportunity to share in Europe’s medieval cultural past, and admire beautiful illuminated manuscripts.

You will discover the Library of the Dukes of Burgundy, a collection of manuscripts that is so unique that it has name of its own. Many of these works have survived the ravages of time and are now treasured by KBR.

Masterpieces such as the Roman de Girart de Nevers, the Peterborough Psalter and the Chroniques de Hainaut are among the 50 most prestigious manuscripts worldwide.
