In Monte Artium: Journal of the Royal Library of Belgium is a peer reviewed scholarly journal devoted to all fields of scientific research regarding KBR’s collections and activities. It has been published yearly since 2008.
As a research institution, KBR fully supports the open access model, which makes research results accessible to everyone.
In Monte Artium publishes peer reviewed articles on the documents, content, context and methodologies related to KBR’s collections, activities and services, focusing on topics related to the historical territory of Belgium.
Publishing in In Monte Artium
The journal is open to all international researchers writing in English, French, Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish. In Monte Artium is published in Open Access by our partner OpenEdition Journals. The articles are published under a Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) without publication costs.
