For centuries we have been safeguarding time by preserving traces of the past. But the world is changing, and so are we. KBR is a library in (r)evolution: digitisation, a new library management system, a major Bruegel exhibition, reorganisation of the relaxation areas, and a new museum.
We have so much more to offer than ‘just’ books. That is why henceforth, the Royal Library of Belgium will be known as KBR. An inspiring place offering access to a wealth of outstanding knowledge – all protected and made accessible for you. A space redesigned to ensure your time is treasured.
