Have you always wanted to make your own print? Visit the exhibition “James Ensor. Inspired by Brussels” and get to work with black ink! During this workshop with recycled materials you will learn to engrave like artist James Ensor. Using the dry needle, you will make a drawing by scratching into beverage carton that you will then ink. Afterwards, swipe all ink away from the surface of the beverage carton, as only the ink in the grooves of the drawing should remain. Finally, the engraving goes under the press together with a sheet of paper, creating the first print of a new masterpiece!
