For the final concert of the 2025–2026 season, KBR welcomes two internationally renowned soloists: violinist Tatiana Samouil and pianist Johan Schmidt. The programme is entirely devoted to Belgian repertoire, featuring the rarely performed Grande Sonate, Op. 12 by Vieuxtemps (1843), which the artists recorded in 2024, alongside Poème élégiaque, the first symphonic poem by Ysaÿe (1892), which Tatiana Samouil has performed on stage for many years.

KBR holds numerous autograph scores, letters, and other archival documents relating to these two violinist-composers, who shared a deep mutual admiration.
