In 2022, KBR and the Musical Instruments Museum (MIM) celebrate the 100th birthday of Toots Thielemans with the experiential exhibition “Toots 100. The Sound of a Belgian Legend” at KBR.
The exhibition partly takes place at the Palace of Charles de Lorraine, a hidden gem in the heart of Brussels and KBR’s renovated exhibition space.
Exclusively for groups, the exhibition will remain open one month longer in September 2022. Kick off the cultural season with an exclusive visit to this music exhibition!

Guided tour
A guide shows you around in the exhibition “Toots 100. The Sound of a Belgian Legend”. Through images and music, you will learn all about Toots as a musician and a human being, but above all about his “sound”. Discover what makes Toots’ sound so special and how he used it in various domains of music.
