KBR adapts its conditions for remote access to the electronic resources. Access to the databases, e-journals and e-books remains free, but to access them remotely, you must take a specific free annual subscription to the electronic resources.
Subscription and conditions
To benefit from a subscription to the electronic resources, you have to meet the following access conditions:
- Be over 16 years old
- Be a resident of Belgium or of Belgian nationality
- Provide your Belgian national identification number
- Accept the conditions of use of the electronic resources

The processing of your request can take up to 48 hours (on working days).

On-site access
On site at KBR, you can access the electronic resources with a valid reader’s card.
