A day of artistic immersion in an exceptional monastic setting

Step into a timeless experience in the peaceful and inspiring surroundings of the Benedictine Abbey of Maredret, for a unique illumination workshop led by the sisters of the community.

Under the gentle guidance of Mother Abbess, a specialist in the Maredret style of illumination, along with Sisters Fidès and Gertrude, you’ll have the opportunity to practice or discover the delicate art of manuscript illumination in a serene and focused atmosphere.
