KBR museum visitor’s guide
Delve deep into the Library of the Dukes of Burgundy. The accompanying leaflets provide information about the manuscripts on display. They change twice a year to protect them from light.

Koshodo: a board game inspired by KBR’s Japanese prints
The Japanese prints in our collection inspired Belgian historical researcher and board game designer Bram De Ridder to create a card game. Koshodo immerses you in the floating world of 18th- and 19th-century Edo (today’s Tokyo).

Ensor & Brussels
The catalogue to the exhibition ‘James Ensor, Inspired by Brussels’ showcases more than two hundred works by Ensor from the Royal Library of Belgium (KBR) and the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium (RMFAB).

Chalcography: prints
Choose your favourites from more than 6,000 ancient and modern engraved plates (wood and copper). Our Chalcography department will produce an original print or reprint.

For the exhibition ‘James Ensor. Inspired by Brussels‘, we put together a special range inspired by Ensor and a few products are still available in our shop.
Artwork and gadgets
For the KBR museum and our temporary exhibitions we work together with promising designers, who get their inspiration from the KBR collections. Among them are Atelier Qube, Tina De Souter, Helen b, Esther Weis and SowiesoWies, Tina De Souter and street artist Phlegm.
